How It Works:
- Visit us in-store and speak privately with one of our pharmacists.
- Our pharmacist will assess your condition and determine if a certificate can be issued.
- If appropriate, a certificate will be provided, outlining the period of absence recommended.
Please note:
- Certificates can only be issued for conditions that are within a pharmacist’s scope of practice.
- If your condition requires further medical attention, we will refer you to an appropriate healthcare provider.
- If your condition is serious or outside our scope, we will refer you to a GP or other healthcare provider.
- Certificates are not backdated.
