What is the NDSS?
The National Diabetes Services Scheme (NDSS) is an initiative of the Australian Government administered by Diabetes Australia. It provides subsidised products, information, and support to help people with diabetes manage their condition effectively.
As an NDSS Access Point, we offer in-store access to subsidised diabetes products and personalised support.
Our Diabetes Services Include:
NDSS Product Supply
- Blood glucose testing strips
- Insulin syringes & pen needles
- Urine ketone testing strips
- Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) & Flash Glucose Monitoring (FGM) (for eligible users)
Meter Setup & Training
- Assistance choosing and using your blood glucose meter
- Understanding your results and tracking trends
Personal Diabetes Support
- Diabetes MedsCheck (subject to eligibility)
- Guidance on healthy eating, physical activity, and weight management
- Private consultations available
NDSS Registration Assistance
- We can help you register for the NDSS or update your details
